Welcome to Tech2Go! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of

the Tech2Go! mobile application (“App”), provided by T2Wizards LLC, a subsidiary of Tech 2

Success LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by

these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Tech2Go! is an enterprise mobile application designed exclusively for authorized drivers

performing deliveries, maintenance, and other on-site services at designated office locations.

Access is restricted to users with company-issued credentials. Public registration is not

available.

2. User Access

● You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

● You may not share your credentials or access the App on behalf of another individual.

● Any actions taken through your account will be considered your responsibility.

3. Content Submission

Users may submit photos and text updates as part of their assigned tasks. By submitting

content, you grant Tech 2 Success LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and irrevocable license

to use, store, and reproduce this content solely for operational purposes.

4. Location Data

The App collects real-time and background location data to track driver movements and ensure

the safety of both shipments and personnel. This data enables client updates and operational

oversight. By using the App, you consent to this data collection and use.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, features, and content within the App are the property of Tech 2 Success

LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the

App without prior written permission.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we believe

you have violated these Terms or misused the App in any way.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees regarding

uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the security of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech 2 Success LLC shall not be liable for any indirect,

incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in

the appropriate courts within U.S. jurisdiction.
